Algorithms cannot understand the entire content to decide "if the advice is solid or not." A manual review is definitely needed for that. It is very hard and takes much time to review all the contents manually (just like the MWC). The platform will not further distribute contents about platform updates in which time matters, for example, titles like "creating lists," "introducing a new list feature," etc. Thanks for writing!
